Mr. Jean-Marc Milette was born in Montreal in 1958. He is married and has three children. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from École des hautes études commerciales in Montreal. He is an investment advisor since the beginning of 1998.

His experience includes seventeen years in the area of computer technology, mainly as the founding president of a consulting firm specialized in computer programming, which he sold in 1997. Currently, he is responsible for business development for DalpéMilette, as well as the integration of state-of-the-art technology tools related to his activities.

In order to promote the growth of our customer base, Mr. Milette focuses his development efforts on various aspects:

1. He solicits references, which will allow us to identify new prospects, from our current customers;
2. He plays an active role in the relations between Desjardins Securities and Desjardins, allowing him to identify opportunities to demonstrate our know-how to the private management, business service and financial planning sectors;
3. He is frequently involved with businessmen, particularly in the IT area, who want to finance or sell their company. As an indirect result, this involvement also allows us to offer our investment advisor services; and
4. He has established two very active business clubs, each with twenty individuals from various professions, whose goal is the systematic exchange of references.

Very present in the community, he has worked with many donation committees and several boards of directors, one of which being the Fondation Éléanor Côté pour la déficience intellectuelle where he also occupied the position of chairman of the board.
